How I go about it
Every project goes through the same four stages. Each one goes further than most AI builders go, because the systems I build have to be right, not just impressive in a demo.
Build: This is where most of the work goes. I make sure that every system I build is dependable, works like a well oiled machine and everything is built to be easy to improve and to grow with your business.
Test: Before anything goes live, I put it under real pressure. Independent checks that share nothing with the system try to catch it out, simulated users try to trick the AI, and the tests themselves get tested to prove they would catch a real mistake. Every problem found becomes a permanent check, so it can never quietly come back.
Handoff: You get a system that explains itself. It comes with an operating manual written from how it actually runs, and it can diagnose its own faults, so your team, or your own AI, can run it day to day without me in the room.
